Bachman’s Wreath Design Workshop: Spruce up your home for the holidays with help Bachman’s this week. Upstate MN Holiday Pop-up: Grand Marais shop, Upstate MN, has moved to the North Loop for the holiday season at bswing’s street-level space on Washington Avenue in the North Loop. North 5th Holiday Celebration: This weekend, Japanese-inspired home store, Ūmei Boutique, partners with neighboring storefronts, Spring Finn Co. and Veronique Wantz Gallery, for a holiday event featuring maker pop-ups featuring Annika Jewelry, Martha McQuade’s ScarfShop, Khazana Imported Art Textiles, Goldfinch, and more, plus wine and live jazz. Northern Grade Minnesota: After first popping up in Northeast Minneapolis in 2010, the roving handcrafted marketplace for U.S.-made goods known as Northern Grade is back for another hometown edition. This time, it’s headed to the open-air Holidazzle festival in Loring Park with 23 vendors for a two-day event. Shop goods by local favorites—including J.W. Hulme Co., Byrd Belle, Tradition Creek, Woodchuck, and Concrete Pig—as well as national brands, such as Hawk+Hatchet, Stormy Kromer, and Weiss Watch Company, and take advantage of the festive environment (not to mention hot beverage and food vendors) while you shop.
