It took four months to remodel the 3,000-square-foot location that seats 100, according to co-owner Stavros Adamopoulos.

The new restaurant is on schedule to have a liquor license by summer’s end, according to a news release.

The family-owned business offers sweet and savory breakfast options including French toast and omelets, along with burgers, sandwiches and salads. Skillets and specialty fries round out the offerings.

Early favorites include Rochester Hills Crepe with spinach, ham, mushrooms, onion, tomato, sour cream, swiss and cheddar cheeses and an over-easy egg and the U.G.3 Sampler with one Red Velvet pancake, one Oreo pancake and one Chunky Monkey — made with caramel, white chocolate chips and bananas.

There is a kids menu for diners 12 and younger.

The Jagged Fork is located at 188 N. Adams Rd., Rochester Hills.
