Pieminister is launching bottomless brunch with prosecco and pies …

Bottomless brunch is all the rage at the moment, but not many places pair up unlimited prosecco with a pie .

But now you won’t have to wait until lunchtime for your pastries – because a pie shop in the Welsh capital is launching its “Banging Bottomless Brunch”.


Pieminister is offering customers the choice of brunch pies, baked skillets and unlimited boozy beverages, including prosecco, Aperol spritz, Bloody Marys and mimosas.

The new brunch menu, which has a morning (11am-12.30pm) and afternoon (3pm-4.30pm) session is launching in the St Mary Street branch from Saturday, May 12 .

A 90-minute sitting, which includes one dish with unlimited drinks, costs £20 per person and will be available on Saturdays.

The menu includes brunch pies, such as Morning Glory (sausage, bacon, cheddar and potato hash top pie with cheese béchamel, a baked egg, tomato and crispy bacon) and the vegetarian Munch Brunch (smoked cheese, vegetarian sausage, chestnut mushroom and potato hash top pie with a baked egg, tomato and crispy halloumi) as well as a number of brunch skillets.

The baked skillets include the vegan Hokey Smoky, made with vegan sausage and vegan ‘cheese’.

Both the pies and the skillets come with a side of smoky baked beans. You can view the full menu here .

Spaces for the bottomless brunches are limited, so booking is advised. More information can be found on the Pieminister website .
