London Bay Homes has opened for viewing the Clara model in Cabreo at Mediterra.

London Bay Homes has opened another luxury villa model in Mediterra, the eight-time Community of the Year in Naples.

The Clara is the third newly completed model by London Bay in the Cabreo neighborhood, where only 23 villa homesites remain. With homes and homesites priced from the $800,000s, Cabreo includes lawn and landscape maintenance provided by the homeowners association.

White backgrounds throughout the three-bedroom Clara create a canvas for soft blues and greens, dark wood furnishings and contemporary art selected by Romanza Interior Design.

Michael Scott of Romanza envisioned a clean-lined approach to traditional design throughout the Clara’s 3,248 square feet of living space, blending classic and modern furniture and introducing blues and greens in upholstery, window treatments and accessories.

The largest of London Bay’s maintenance-free villas in Cabreo, the Clara offers formal dining and living rooms, a family room, study, three full baths and a powder room.

Scott transformed a home office between the kitchen and dining room into a butler’s pantry/wine bar with cabinetry and an undercounter wine refrigerator.

The Clara features a pearl-toned 12-by-24-inch porcelain tile floor installed in a running bond pattern in main living areas and the master bathroom, with a wide-planked maple hardwood floor stained dark brown in the study. Crown molding and millwork painted bright white accent volume ceilings, a design feature introduced in the foyer and living room.

Emphasizing outdoor living and lake views, the Clara’s living room, kitchen and family room open through sliding glass doors to the pool deck and outdoor living area, surfaced with shell-stone pavers. The al fresco space features conversation and dining groupings, a summer kitchen with grill, sink and refrigerator, and a free-form pool with raised circular spa.

The kitchen’s modern shaker-style cabinetry has a dark saddle brown finish and features lighted glass door displays in select areas. Quartz countertops in moonstone complement the color scheme, as does an urban putty-hued glass ceramic backsplash. The kitchen has an oversized island with double sink, dishwasher and peninsula for in-room dining. Stainless steel GE Monogram appliances include a dual-fuel six-burner range, wall oven, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator.

The master suite offers his-and-her walk-in closets, and the bathroom features his-and-her modern shaker-style cabinetry with a stone finish and autumn-toned Pompeii quartz countertops. The porcelain tile-clad shower is accented with crema marfil chair railing and has temperature controls. The master bath also has a separate soaking tub, linen closet and water closet.

The Clara’s two guest rooms offer walk-in closets and private full baths with bisque-finished cabinetry, autumn giallo ornamental countertops, and a custom chair rail in the showers.

The model, shown with a three-car garage, has 4,740 total square feet.

The Clara is priced at $1,453,300, furnished.

Cabreo’s three floor plans each offer three bedrooms plus a study in 2,800 to 3,248 square feet of living space. Buyers can select numerous options to personalize their homes inside and out.

The 1,700-acre master-planned Mediterra offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including the member-owned Club at Mediterra with two Tom Fazio-designed golf courses and the private 10,000-square-foot Beach Club on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring an elevated swimming pool, casual dining with a full bar, and valet service for beach chairs, umbrellas, and beverage and food menus.

Mediterra’s on-site amenities include themed neighborhood parks; eight miles of walking and jogging trails; a fitness complex with tennis and boccie courts, a pool and spa services; and the 32,000-square-foot clubhouse offering formal and casual dining.

Recent renovations expanded The Club at Mediterra’s terrace and added a fire pit to the popular Tavern lounge, which serves gourmet brick-oven pizzas, seasonal salads and open-air grilled entrees.

Mediterra’s Golf Learning Center offers indoor and outdoor hitting stations, video equipment with launch monitor, a 2.5-acre short game practice complex with three greens, and a staff of certified PGA professionals. Membership opportunities at Mediterra are limited to just 225 members per 18 holes.

All of the community’s amenities are membership-owned.

Mediterra’s master plan includes more than 1,000 acres dedicated to open space with golf, parks and nature preserves. The community is 90 percent built out.

Since December 2009, London Bay Homes and affiliates have managed all new home sales and marketing for the luxury community. Resale properties are listed through Mediterra Realty.

Available home designs in Mediterra include single-family estate homes and single-family maintenance-free villas priced from the $800,000s to more than $7 million.

Mediterra is on Livingston Road, two miles north of Immokalee Road. Online at
