Wisconsin Mac And Cheese Made From Scratch at JB’s on 41

MILWAUKEE, WI — JB’s on 41 is expanding its menu options for Milwaukeeans with new pub fare featuring signature pizzas, salads, sweets, suggested drink pairings, frozen drinks and craft beer at its Junction Bar and Grill.

All items on the revamped menu are made from scratch and created by the Junction Bar and Grill’s kitchen manager, James Miller.


“This is comfort food, elevated. Our food is not only made from scratch, it’s made with locally sourced ingredients, like meat, cheese and bread. We’re especially excited about the homemade mac and cheese we offer here at The Junction Bar and Grill,” Miller said. “Its suggested drink pairing? Fat Tire, a craft beer from Colorado.”

Miller also recommends the steak sandwich, with filet mignon, arugula, pickled red onions and horseradish cream sauce. Cabernet pairs well with this chargrilled sandwich. Miller continues, “This is our specialty: good food, good people, good times.”

New foods gracing the menu include carnita, pork and chicken tacos, bistro fries served in cast iron skillets and the cowboy burger.

The new menu features icons to quickly identify signature, spicy, vegetarian and gluten-free items. Suggested drink pairings are also included, featuring frozen drinks, craft cocktails, wine and local and craft beer. All food and drink pairings were exclusively matched by Adam Hug, general manager of JB’s on 41 and a certified cicerone beer server.
