Zephyr Expands Into West Coast Distribution With Curated Collection Of High-End Kitchen Appliances

Zephyr’s Fulgor Milano Kitchen in SF Showroom

While our core focus and expertise is kitchen ventilation with cutting edge technology and design, we have also experienced success in our direct-to-dealer market and see a huge opportunity for Fulgor Milano and other brands on the West Coast.

SAN FRANCISCO January 09, 2018

Zephyr, the industry leader in ventilation design, innovation, and technology, is the distribution partner for Fulgor Milano, a full line of Italian-designed, professional cooking products. Zephyr will handle distribution in California and the southwest and mountain states. With its growing success of direct to dealer market, Zephyr’s distribution arm has expanded beyond ventilation and now offers a curated collection of hi-end, expertly crafted products that transform the kitchen through design, discovery and care.

Manufactured in the outskirts of Milano, Italy, Fulgor ranges were first introduced in the Italian market more than 70 years ago and later developed into a full-line cooking manufacturer. Sofia, the star of Fulgor Milano’s product lineup today, is a professional, elegant free-standing range available in gas, dual fuel, and induction. The range features design details such as 18,000 btu brass burners, cart-iron grates, solid die-cast aluminum knobs, cool touch door with large recessed window, three levels of halogen lighting and extra large 4.1 cubic foot capacity oven (the largest capacity in the industry for 30- to 36-inch ranges).

Designed for a community passionate about cooking, Fulgor Milano offers personalization options and bold new colors that include: Gondola Black, Palladio White, Venetian Red, Black Velvet, Rialto Grey, and Stainless Steel. Featuring accessible technology and innovative accessories, Sofia delivers a powerful and unforgettable cooking experience.

Zephyr is the exclusive distributor for Sofia and all Fulgor Milano products in California, and in the southwest and mountain states. The products will be on display at the Kitchen Bath Industry Show in Orlando, FL from January 9th – 11th, 2018 at Booth #S3461.

“While our core focus and expertise is kitchen ventilation with cutting edge technology and design, we have also experienced success in our direct-to-dealer market and see a huge opportunity for Fulgor Milano and other brands on the West Coast,” says Luke Siow, Zephyr President. “We see this as a curated collection for dealers, designers, and consumers; an opportunity to provide the very best in kitchen appliances with the backing of a strong, credible company like Zephyr.”

About Zephyr
